Art Therapy offers non-verbal tools that can help you tap into those thoughts and feelings that can often be difficult to describe or put into words. Through the use of colour, line, shape, symbols, metaphor, and image you can express these inner states and challenging issues within a safe and confidential environment.


No art experience is required for art therapy.
